The CA Healthy Kids survey is available at http://www.wested.org/pub/docs/chks_samplereports.html. Look under 'State-Level..CSS Results in HKS Format'. An example from the site shows on Table A. 3.14 that 45% of 7th graders, 17% of 9th graders and 9% of 11th graders thought that their peers had never used marijuana. Real stats on Table A 3.2 shows that 92% of 7th graders, 77% of 9th graders and 61% of 11th graders had never used marijuana.
