Bi-annual Hispanic Network Breakfast
In 1990, San Dieguito Alliance recognized that our large Latino population had a need for Latino parents and service providers to network together and receive alcohol and drug information. We began providing the biannual Hispanic Network Breakfast, in the Spring and Fall.
At the Hispanic Network Breakfast, Latino parents, community leaders and service providers share their observations and concerns regarding alcohol and drug use in their families and neighborhoods, and strategize solutions. They also report on new educational, health, legal, and employment services for Latino families, and academic and leadership development programs for Latino youth.
San Dieguito Alliance compiles the Hispanic Network Directory in English and Spanish, listing all the Latino community members and service providers which is distributed at the Hispanic Network Breakfasts, and upon request.
Next meeting will be in Mid November - Date and Location to be announced.
